A 20% service fee is added to all food and beverage purchases. 15% is distributed directly to service staff on top of their base wages. The remaining 5% is used to help pay for operational staff wages. You may choose to leave an additional tip, which goes directly to the service staff.
Our service fee directly supports our staff — it is not a tip, but it ensures consistent, equitable compensation for the front-of-house and back-of-house team. Additional gratuity is welcomed but never expected.
