Shanklin Hall's Food Incubator is a residency for DC food and beverage entrepreneurs — a kitchen, an audience, and the operational support to build the brand alongside the menu.
Cold-pressed, crafted with intention. Judy Makes Juices is a DC-based beverage brand rooted in wellness, flavor, and the belief that what you drink should make you feel as good as it tastes. Judy's rotating lineup of fresh-pressed juices brings color, care, and a seasonal sensibility to the Shanklin Hall bar.

From home-cooked meals and local eateries to immersing in the rich tapestry of culinary culture, Chef Bevon explores the vibrant history of the Black diaspora through food. Growing up in Delaware, he cherished childhood memories of savoring his father's dishes — moments that would quietly shape his entire culinary journey. Relocating to DC in 2017 to learn from the renowned Chef Kwame Onwuachi at Kith & Kin, Bevon's passion for diaspora cuisine ignited.
Today, Chef Bevon infuses his upbringing into every creation — a unique blend of flavors and memory, elevated with finesse and care for both the food and the people eating it. Bevon welcomes you to his table, where each bite tells a story.
Every summer, Shanklin Hall partners with People's Market Sundays to open our doors to local vendors, makers, and small businesses from across the DMV. Pop-up markets, fresh goods, and the kind of Sunday energy that belongs on 18th Street.
People's Market Sundays is a community marketplace dedicated to supporting Black-owned and local businesses — bringing quality goods, meaningful connections, and the spirit of the neighborhood into one shared space.
